Two rooms. One family.
Tracy has been in hair for thirty years: salon owner first, then mobile for a long stretch, now back with the bigger room at number 89. Lauren took the room next door and opened the beauty side. That’s Creations.
The room that passed between them.
Tracy’s career in hair spans thirty years. She ran her own salon, then went mobile and worked across Redditch and the surrounding area for years before setting up again at number 89 Birchfield Road, Headless Cross. She took the bigger room.
Her old room at number 91a, right next door, went to Lauren. Lauren fitted it out as a proper beauty salon: treatment beds, lash and brow equipment, nail stations. Two rooms on the same terrace, both family.
Lauren brings more than ten years in the beauty industry to that room. She worked as a beauty and massage therapist on cruise liners, moved into hands-on spa work, then into spa management. She holds certifications across lashes, brows, facials, nails, waxing, tanning, and massage.
Between the two of them, there isn’t much they haven’t done or seen. Clients come in from Redditch, Bromsgrove, Studley, Astwood Bank, Alvechurch. They get the benefit of both.

A decade in the industry before this room.
Cruise liners, spa floors, and ten years of proper industry work.
Before Creations, Lauren worked as a beauty and massage therapist on cruise liners, where the standard is non-negotiable and the pace is relentless. She moved into spa work after that: hands-on treatment delivery first, then management.
The certifications cover lashes, brows, facials, nails, waxing, tanning, and massage. When she took over the room at 91a, she already knew exactly how she wanted to run it: one client at a time, no rushing, with a clear consultation before anything starts.
