Quick answers
How do I cancel a booking?
Sign in and go to your dashboard. Each upcoming booking has a Cancel button. Cancellations more than 24 hours ahead are free; within 24 hours we can't refund (we've already held the slot for you). Or use Reschedule on the booking row to move to a different time instead.
Why do I need a patch test?
For all colour services, if you're a new client or haven't coloured with us in the last six months. It's quick, free, and required at least 48 hours before your appointment.
My points balance looks wrong.
Points get awarded after a visit is marked complete. If something looks off, ring us — Beauty 07722 122281 or Hair 01527 509097 — and we can correct it on the spot.
I forgot my password.
Use the "Forgot password" link on the sign-in page. We will email you a reset link. If you signed up via a magic link and never set a password, the same flow lets you set one.
Can I book by phone instead?
Of course. Call Beauty on 07722 122281 (Lauren) or Hair on 01527 509097 during opening hours and we'll get you in.
